The company has a great reputation for the quality of service they provide.<\/p>\n<p>The company will consider a Trainee Property Manager with no or very little Block Management experience, must have some experience of Property Management or maintenance.&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>This&nbsp;Trainee Property Manager role would be ideal for a person with some property experience (e.g. in agency, lettings, maintenance, etc) who is looking to move into a stable career with lots of potential future progression which block management offers.<strong><br \/><\/strong><br \/>The Trainee Property Manager role involves working on a portfolio of blocks to help coordinate repairs, maintenance, property inspections, and finances\/budgets. With time you will be exposed to all areas of block management including Major Works (Section 20),  Planned &amp; Preventative maintenance and reporting, H&amp;S and Fire risk training, Client\/Board meetings, etc. This position will suit an enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress within a smaller company able to offer you bespoke support and guidance.<\/p>\n<p>Trainee Property Manager. We are looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A proactive candidate who is interested in pursuing a career in Block Management<\/li>\n<li>A good communicator with lots of common sense, initiative, and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be well organised with attention to detail and excellent English speaking and writing<\/li>\n<li><strong>MUST DRIVE WITH OWN CAR<\/strong>, please do not apply unless you have already passed your driving test and have your own car as this is essential for the role<\/li>\n<li>Ideally have experience working as an Assistant Block Manager of have some Property Management or Block Management industry knowledge or experience in some capacity, personally or professionally&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using Microsoft packages, including Word &amp; Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> In return our client is offering the successful&nbsp;Trainee Property Manager:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting Salary of around&nbsp;<strong>&#163;25,000p.a. to &#163;30,000 p.a.
