{"id":7782,"date":"2024-02-29T21:00:05","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T21:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/open-market-technician\/"},"modified":"2024-02-29T21:00:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T21:00:05","slug":"open-market-technician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/open-market-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Market Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> G J Associates Ltd<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a335,000 &#8211; \u00a350,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 29\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Open Market Technician<br \/><strong>Location:<\/strong> City of London<br \/><strong>Salary:<\/strong> &#163;35,000 &#8211; &#163;50,000 plus excellent benefits<br \/><strong>Working Pattern:<\/strong> Full Time Hybrid &#8211; 2 days office a week plus remote working<br \/><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Technician<br \/><strong>Class of Business:<\/strong> Property<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A long-established Lloyd\u2019s broker is looking for a Open Market Technician within their North American property team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing documentation including MRC Slips, Certs and Debit Notes<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and typing of endorsements, letters and other correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining online filing and archiving systems<\/li>\n<li>Entering Data onto the Global system<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining Bureau Signings as applicable<\/li>\n<li>Processing Premium Bordereaux<\/li>\n<li>Chasing and monitoring premiums under terms of trade<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients to request information and chasing for outstanding funds<\/li>\n<li>Making payments to bureau under terms of trade and reconciling payments<\/li>\n<li>Arranging extension to terms of trade<\/li>\n<li>Calculating Profit Commissions<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with queries from Brokers and clients and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Providing regular feedback to Technical Team Leader regarding ongoing work<\/li>\n<li>Group rules and procedures, including maintaining accurate records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client is seeking someone who has experience in the US property markets ideally with experience which includes North American Property within a Lloyds Broker.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate should have a can-do attitude, be personable and a good team player.
