The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunication technologies, operational business processes, and customer support. With a focus on driving service excellence and customer satisfaction, this role is pivotal in enhancing service delivery and support operations.<\/p>\n Day to day responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Assist with the creation of customer training on in-life services procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as a business driver to improve both the customer\u2019s and our internal operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Understand the customer\u2019s internal business functions and culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Build and maintain relationships with the customer\u2019s internal management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Serve as the single point of contact for operational issues, effectively managing crises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Represent customer needs to post-sales support teams and relevant organisations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Travel to site visits, presenting operational issues\/activity, customer satisfaction, and gap analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide regular updates on critical issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate conference calls to provide status reports to the customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Work with Service Delivery\/Services Management to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Project manage process improvements both internally and within the customer\u2019s operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Required skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined matrix environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exceptional written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n To be considered for this role, please apply online now.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 29\/03\/2024\n
