Reed Crawley are working with a key client who are based in the heart of The Manor Royal who are seeking a temporary Logistics Administrator. <\/p>\n
This is an ongoing temporary assignment , 100% office based , free parking on site , Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm <\/p>\n
Duties to include <\/p>\n
Managing shipments for import and export including coordination UK customs & clearances <\/p>\n
Tracking deliveries and updating customers <\/p>\n
Processing purchase order numbers <\/p>\n
Organising deliveries <\/p>\n
Handling telephone calls from clients <\/p>\n
Obtaining updates from freight companies \/ airlines \/ shipping lines and keeping customers updated <\/p>\n
Updating Excel spreadsheets <\/p>\n
General Administration duties to support the team <\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will come from a freight \/ logistics \/ shipping background so they can hit the ground running. <\/p>\n
