Job Description:
As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward the growth of our department, with the aim of securing 150-200 new instructions this year. You will utilize your expertise in the real estate market to attract landlords and secure properties for lettings. Your primary duties will include:<\/p>\n
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Conducting property valuations and appraisals.
* Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and marketing strategies.
* Negotiating terms and agreements with landlords.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Package Details:<\/p>\n
* Competitive salary up to £40,000 Basic.
* Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £55,000-60,000+ (OTE is a conservative estimate and could be significantly higher).
* 10% commission on new business.
* Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
* Travel allowance.
* Flexible working arrangements, with occasional work from home or early finishes available for achieving results.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
* Full UK driving license.<\/p>\n
