Health &amp; Safety Management<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional advice, guidance and support on all Health and Safety matters<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement, minimising the potential likelihood of workplace accidents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities for each individual within a team<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and manage site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety legislation Environmental Management<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional advice, guidance, and support on all environmental matters to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement, minimising the potential likelihood of workplace environmental incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and manage site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Environmental legislation including the Materials Recovery Facilities Code of Practice Quality Management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the company&#8217;s policies, procedures and integrated quality management system and monitor compliance against these requirements through a systematic regime of compliance auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the external audit programmes and the delivery of actions associated with non-compliance, opportunities, and improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the performance management process<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear guidance to senior and operational management teams Technology and Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, implement, manage, and optimise SHEQ technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Manage and optimise key performance indicators Budget Management<\/li>\n<li>Manage SHEQ department financial control and adherence to procure to pay processes.
