I am seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join my client in daily in the office in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and will play a key role in managing a variety of human resources functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively balance multiple HR tasks and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Day-to-day of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.<\/p>\n Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.<\/p>\n Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.<\/p>\n Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.<\/p>\n Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.<\/p>\n Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.<\/p>\n Participate in HR projects, such as job evaluations and salary reviews.<\/p>\n Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.<\/p>\n Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.<\/p>\n Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.<\/p>\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.<\/p>\n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.<\/p>\n Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n Competitive hourly rate.<\/p>\n Opportunity to work within a supportive team.<\/p>\n Exposure to a variety of HR functions and projects.<\/p>\n To apply for the HR Generalist position, please submit your CV<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 27\/03\/2024
