Property Manager – Prime Central London<\/p>\n
Portfolio Size: Managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties.
The Property Manager will be the only one in the office responsible for managing the portfolio so must be capable of hitting the ground running.
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Starting salary around £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Driving Requirement: No need for the candidate to drive.
ARLA Certification is essential.
Experience: Ideally, the candidate should have 3 years or more of experience in property management.
Experience with high-end properties is preferred.<\/p>\n
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our prime residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall well-being of the properties, tenant and landlord satisfaction. Our portfolio is high end and consists of many long standing clients with whom we have established relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Landlord & Tenant Relations:<\/p>\n
* Maintain positive and professional relationships with landlords & tenants.
* Address tenant concerns, requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
* Conduct regular communication with tenants, check rent arrears and follow up if necessary
* Update landlords regularly throughout the tenancy, send financial reports
* Maintain the highest service levels at all times<\/p>\n
Property Maintenance:<\/p>\n
* Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.<\/p>\n
Property Compliance:<\/p>\n
* Ensure that the portfolio is legally compliant with gas safeties, EICRs, EPCs etc
* Be up to date with lettings and property management legislation
* CRM system used is Veco (this can be trained if no prior knowledge of this software)<\/p>\n
