We welcome applications from part-time candidates also.<\/p>\n<p>Established in 1993, the Pension Administration Business Area provides a broad range of services to trustees of UK occupational pension schemes such as DB, DC, CARE and cash balance. These services include:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefit administration<\/li>\n<li>Pensioner payroll<\/li>\n<li>Administration consulting services<\/li>\n<li>Scheme governance and trustee secretarial<\/li>\n<li>Bespoke one off projects<\/li>\n<li>Cash handling and preparing draft accounts<\/li>\n<li>PPF assessment administration services<\/li>\n<li>Data audits and data cleansing<\/li>\n<li>Specialist roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a portfolio of clients as well as managing projects to ensure all deadlines and budgets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Checking manual and computer generated benefit calculations for accuracy and checking updates to the member database.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking a proactive client facing role which will involve attending client meetings and communicating with clients, their members and advisors.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with promoting our admin services and systems to existing and potential new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Checking cash handling functions, liaising with the bank and investment managers as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Checking client pensioner payrolls, including calculation of net pay and arranging payments.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with authorities including DWP, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator and the Information Commissioner.<\/li>\n<li>Deputising for the Team Leader as agreed and delegating where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A strong background in DB pension administration is essential with experience of a full range of pension events is essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally you&#8217;ll have a relevant degree, Certificate in Pension Calculations or progress with other PMI examinations.<\/li>\n<li>A strong background in DB pension administration is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>______________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Here is a summary of our benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive discretionary annual bonus<\/li>\n<li>Life assurance (4x up to 10x)<\/li>\n<li>Group income protection up to 65% of salary<\/li>\n<li>Private medical cover from Day One<\/li>\n<li>25 days holiday per year and up to 30 days with holiday trading<\/li>\n<li>Generous pension scheme (we contribute 8%)<\/li>\n<li>Sports Allowance \u2013 we pay up to 50% of your gym\/sports membership (up to &#163;50 pm)<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Programme<\/li>\n<li>Complimentary fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks in all our offices<\/li>\n<li>Paid volunteering day per year as a commitment to our Corporate Social Investment<\/li>\n<li>Support your favourite charity with the &quot;Give as You Earn&quot;
