You will design, implement, and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.<\/p>\n The Location<\/strong><\/p>\n Acorn Education, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Therapeutic Support Workers to join our team in the Shropshire region.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sunnycroft is an accommodation with a capacity of 4. We support Young People from the ages of 6-18 build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests. <\/p>\n The accommodation is based in Shropshire and is within commuting distance from Telford, Shrewsbury and surrounding towns and villages.<\/p>\n We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults.
