You will be a part of a highly entrepreneurial and results driven business that has had year on year growth for the past five years. The intention for this role is to become a future Managing Director, launching a new recruitment offering to an already established and new client base.<\/p>\n
Primary purpose of the position<\/p>\n
Our client is seeking a target driven and results orientated business development manager with current or recent experience in recruitment within the medical \/ healthcare industry to actively develop and secure contracts with new clients whilst seeking to increase offering to existing clients.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities & duties<\/p>\n
* Managing end to end recruitment sales process.
* Work closely with hiring managers
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive business development and sales strategy
* Identify new market opportunities
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute target campaigns
* Networking and attending industry events
* Track and analyse sales performance<\/p>\n

* Established network within healthcare
* Exceptional stakeholder management
* Experienced in revenue targets and KPIs
* Agency background, sales experience
