{"id":7486,"date":"2024-02-25T18:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-02-25T18:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/interim-people-partner\/"},"modified":"2024-02-25T18:00:06","modified_gmt":"2024-02-25T18:00:06","slug":"interim-people-partner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/interim-people-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"Interim People Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> CMA Recruitment Group<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a320.00 &#8211; \u00a328.00 per hour<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 25\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p>The CMA HR Division are working exclusively for an organisation based in Whiteley, Hampshire to recruit an Interim People Partner for 2-3 months.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation has recently undergone a period of change and the current HR Director needs support with several projects across their sites.&nbsp; A large part of the assignment will be supporting with tasks related to a re-organisation but there will also  be BAU generalist tasks as below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will People Partner role involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee relations; ensuring legislation is followed, supporting the current HR Advisors and senior managers with guidance and participating in complex cases;<\/li>\n<li>Learning and Development; providing support and coaching to people managers and deliver and maintain professional development, assessing specific development programmes when required;<\/li>\n<li>Performance and line management of the HR team, including appraisals, absence management, mentoring and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suitable Candidate for People Partner vacancy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or above;<\/li>\n<li>Available at short notice and happy to travel between local sites;<\/li>\n<li>Good generalist HR experience with strong employee relations exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional benefits and information for the role of People Partner: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid working offered and flexible working;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working culture with the opportunity to apply for a permanent position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
