Our client is a leading Independent Connections Provider and specialises in designing and installing new and upgraded electricity connections to business, industry and  commercial properties.<\/p>\n<p>The role of Operations Director will be Hybrid working, with 2 days per week based in their Worcester office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals<\/li>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the company<\/li>\n<li>Manage and optimise operational processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations<\/li>\n<li>Lead and motivate a team of operational staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a senior operational management role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of working with or within DNOs\/IDNO\/ICPs preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen and budget management<\/li>\n<li>Risk assessment and mitigation<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role will require travel to client sites, therefore applicants must hold a valid Drivers License.
