Membership Relationship Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Financial Services Membership Body<\/strong><\/p>\n Hybrid Working Model Flexible – City of London Offices<\/strong><\/p>\n Basic Salary Up to £60,000 dependant on experience with excellent benefits including 30 Days Holiday, Pension, PMI, Healthcare, Gym Subsidy, Income Protection, Social Activities, Training & CPD<\/strong><\/p>\n Permanent Role, Full Time<\/strong><\/p>\n Our client a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting for a Membership Relationship Manager.<\/p>\n The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n To deliver the Relationship Management Strategy across the breadth of the membership body to support retention, acquisition, and growth of the membership base working to key annual objectives.<\/p>\n To broaden and deepen member engagement and communicate the value proposition effectively to the member base<\/p>\n To insightfully serve members and enhance the member experience<\/p>\n Document member insights and communicate back into the membership body to support development of our policy, operational delivery and commercial activities<\/p>\n Duties and responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n Responsible for a diverse portfolio of members across all product and service streams at the membership body<\/p>\n To support Business Leads across the membership body to identify opportunity to broaden engagement and grow interaction across the membership base including chairing regular cross-team meetings<\/p>\n To contribute to and help drive the Member Relations Strategy<\/p>\n To attend events as required to broaden knowledge of the issues members face and to network<\/p>\n To promote best practice across tools and processes aimed at building and showcasing member value<\/p>\n To champion member interests both internally and in the wider business community<\/p>\n To help develop and build on member engagement strategy for specific member cohorts<\/p>\n To provide ‘best in class’ Relationship Management to Members<\/p>\n Knowledge and experience required <\/strong><\/p>\n Broad knowledge of financial services<\/p>\n A degree or other equivalent, relevant qualification or experience<\/p>\n Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n To apply to this role please send your CV<\/strong><\/p>\n Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
