This role offers hybrid working options and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The Supply Chain Finance Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision making, identify risks and opportunities,  and drive business performance.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and provide the Supply Chain team with a full collection of reports and performance monitoring of inventory at a variety of levels (Category to SKUs). <\/li>\n<li>Provide data to support root cause analysis, lead and carry out business process reviews and re-engineer to enhance the supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Present and publish all data clearly and accurately to enable informed business decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse KPIs highlighting trends to the team and identify exceptions and ensure commentary shared with key stakeholders in Supply Chain.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight any areas of risk and opportunity to enhance Supply Chain control.<\/li>\n<li>Propose targets for KPIs, agree these with Supply Chain management and communicate to the team.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the annual inventory budgeting process and quarterly budget\/forecast reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain standard costing for products and regularly review and update as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate cost information to support decision-making by management.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor financial controls to enhance factory efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize operational costs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to management.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse SKU-level profitability and contribute to product pricing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that the product mix aligns with profitability goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain reports to track SKU performance over time and make data-driven recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the production &amp; logistics teams to identify areas of improvement and drive growth.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with New Product teams to ensure accurate costing of new products during the development phase, guiding towards cost effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years&#43; experience in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Analysis roles, ideally within a retail or FMCG business<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Supply Chain industry metrics<\/li>\n<li>Analytical with high degree of numeracy and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Good commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>Good communication<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
