The ideal candidate will have worked as a SM on timber frame housing schemes\/high volume and has experience of taking units from groundworks  to handovers , The scheme will be 200&#43; units with a mix of private sale, HA and rental <\/p>\n<p>My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has timber frame experience whilst starting and finishing a new build housing scheme. You need to be able to show longevity throughout your work history<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties,<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No1 on site, reporting to the Contract Manager<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the company&#8217;s first timber frame flagship scheme<\/li>\n<li>Working with a SM, ASM or a Trainee ASM<\/li>\n<li>Chair sub-subcontractor meetings<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme<\/li>\n<li>RAMS<\/li>\n<li>Full understanding of H&amp;S and ensuring its adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Snagging of sub-contractor work<\/li>\n<li>Calls off\/Materials<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates<\/li>\n<li>NHBC stage inspections<\/li>\n<li>Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure<\/li>\n<li>Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes<\/li>\n<li>Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Completions, CMLS, Handovers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications,<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No1 experience on a traditional build schemes<\/li>\n<li>Are to manage a fast-paced busy site<\/li>\n<li>Able to train and manage any staff who report in to you<\/li>\n<li>New build, residential experience<\/li>\n<li>CSCS , Black<\/li>\n<li>First Aid, Scaffold awareness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary<\/li>\n<li>Car allowance<\/li>\n<li>25 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays<\/li>\n<li>Private Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>7% Pension<\/li>\n<li>Bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
