They have over 30 years\\&#8217; experience within the private sector overseeing areas of work in Central London and the Home Counties cover the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Landlord&#8217;s representative in relation to tenant&#8217;s alterations or initial fit-out works<\/li>\n<li>Development and project monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Design and Contract administration<\/li>\n<li>Planned maintenance surveys<\/li>\n<li>Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations and<\/li>\n<li>Party walls and other neighbourly dispute matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your new role<\/strong><br \/>This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Building Surveyor to assist in the expansion of a well-established private practice. Ideally, candidates should be professionally qualified or have at least 5 years of appropriate experience.  The post will involve working for a number of clients including major London Landed Estates, large property developers and prime managing agents. The newly-appointed member of staff will wish to develop their career as well as be client-facing and keen to  develop new business opportunities.
