REED are recruiting for an ACCOUNTANT (ACCA, ACA, CIMA Qualified) or Part Qualified for an established Property Management Client Accounts Deoartment based near Ferndown. <\/p>\n
On offer is an attractive salary range from £35,000 – £47250 depending on experience and 27 days annual leave +bank holidays and discretionary bonus. <\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Formal Accounts Production for year end and periodic reporting
\u2022 Financial Reporting – assisting Surveyors with the preparation and review of budgets
\u2022 Liaising with Property Managers \/ staff and clients to meet varying requirements.
\u2022 Preparing Year End Reconciliations
\u2022 Interpretation and reconciliation of new client data at the point of handover
\u2022 In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time<\/p>\n

\u2022 Attention to detail and highly numerate
\u2022 Logical approach to problem solving and ability to view bigger picture implications
\u2022 An ability to manage multiple client workload to meet various deadlines
\u2022 Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
\u2022 Service Charge Accounting awareness is a benefit
\u2022 IT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks. Access database also in daily use.
\u2022 Enthusiasm to provide the highest quality service to clients at all times
\u2022 Willingness to work as part of a team and ability to offer guidance \/ training to more junior members of staff
\u2022 Experience in Practice useful.<\/p>\n
