Jonathan Lee Recruitment are working with the UK entity of a global engineering organisation who are looking to hire an IT Support Coordinator. The role reports into UK and Ireland IT Manager and is a multi functional IT Support focused role as part of a small team. This is an onsite role based out of their Halesowen office.<\/p>\n
The IT Support Coordinator will work within our client’s IT team as part of a dedicated IT support function for their business. A significant amount of time will be dedicated to supporting UK-based sites. As part of the role you will also be involved in the support of many projects and coordinate other IT activities such as asset management, building PC’s and rolling out windows 11. The main responsibilities and duties are:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate IT support, activities and projects for all UK businesses.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work closely with business customers and facilitate their business IT demands.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deliver IT support across a variety of platforms and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage process implementation and improvement.<\/p>\n
\u2022 \u2018PC Build and Delivery\u2019 to end users.<\/p>\n
\u2022 IT Asset and Hardware Management.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Order Management and processing of order through a web portal.<\/p>\n
\u2022 External vendor support.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support end user adoption of the Office 365 platform and promote O365 features, new releases (such as Teams Rooms) and changes through various communication channels.<\/p>\n
\u2022 2nd line hardware and application support to users in the UK and Ireland. Manage incidents throughout lifecycle in ServiceNow.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to report hardware faults and arrange repair where required.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deployment of Windows 11.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support with Identity & Access Management.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Project IT Support: Provide application and hardware support to globally dispersed project resources.<\/p>\n
