We are looking for a full-time Sustainability Analyst, and the role comes with a salary of &#163;45,000 to &#163;55,000  and excellent benefits.<\/p>\n<p>This position will focus on leading the development and delivery of sustainability analysis and modelling of agri-tech systems within a range of farming and related food chain systems for the company. The assessments will include conducting all aspects of  the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to company standards and techno-economic models of farm systems using a range of software.<\/p>\n<p>To give you an idea of how this Sustainability Analyst role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with relevant team members to develop data collection techniques and liaise with farms and other stakeholders as necessary for inventory analysis<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a variety of life cycle analyses and techno-economic modelling to support the delivery of internal and external projects<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear and compelling reports, presentations of analyses, and recommendations for internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Work with Heads of Agri-Tech on the development of cross-sector on-farm sustainability measures<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the writing of bids for commercial and research funding in the area of sustainability, LCA, and techno-economic modelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful Sustainability Analyst applicant will be educated to a minimum of degree level, ideally in the engineering\/sciences and\/or a related technical field or relevant experience. You will also require:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of how agri-tech is applied to farming systems and experience conducting Life Cycle Assessments, preferably in SimaPro or the availability to use LCA software<\/li>\n<li>Experience in techno-economic modelling<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to work effectively with colleagues from all parts of the organisation and to explain complex techniques to interested parties<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent record-keeping skills, along with basic maths and computing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a vital member of the team, and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach, and commitment, we&#8217;ll provide a favourable salary of &#163;45,000 to &#163;55,000 and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for this full-time remote Sustainability Analyst job, please reach out to Jonathan Lee Recruitment today.
