{"id":7141,"date":"2024-02-20T23:32:04","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T23:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/hr-advisor-12\/"},"modified":"2024-02-20T23:32:04","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T23:32:04","slug":"hr-advisor-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/hr-advisor-12\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Morgan McKinley<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a330,000 &#8211; \u00a335,000 per annum, inc benefits<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 20\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Advisor to join a successful, growing business in Guildford. <\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the HR Manager this is a generalist role where you will provide HR advice and daily support to all employees on a broad range of people related matters.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures etc<\/li>\n<li>Assist HR Manager in managing employee relations and day to day HR issues as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for holiday and absence records, first point of contact for employee queries and flagging any issues to HR Manager<\/li>\n<li>Support performance management and reward activities<\/li>\n<li>Help develop training and development offering, such as apprenticeships and student placements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparing payroll and collating inputs for review by HR Manager, liaising with external payroll provider<\/li>\n<li>Benefits administration including new joiners, leavers, updates, employee queries<\/li>\n<li>Conduct probation and exit interviews, prepare a summary of feedback, help make and action recommendations for continuous improvements<\/li>\n<li>Help identify and embed employee wellness and engagement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Own the onboarding process to provide a smooth landing for new joiners<\/li>\n<li>Own the offboarding process<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for recruitment including supporting hiring managers to draft job descriptions and adverts, managing candidate pipeline, conducting interviews etc<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with HR projects as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great company to work for with a really exciting cause.
