A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful business currently undergoing a period of growth. This practice specialises in the provision of advice on estate planning, retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax, protection and long term care planning.<\/p>\n

Core duties will include but not be limited to:<\/p>\n
* Working in a team of experienced administrators providing support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure clients receive a high level of service.
* Dealing with client enquiries.
* Obtaining portfolio valuations.
* Gathering information for and creation of annual review packs for financial planners.
* Diary management, booking in appointments for advisers.
* Preparing documentation for client meetings.
* Processing new business including pensions, investment and protection cases.
* Processing transactions and trade requests on various provider platforms.
* Liaising with third parties, working closely with providers, paraplanners and financial planners.
* Working with back-office system and data input (experience of Curo Time4Advice would be beneficial)
* Reconciling fee payments.<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Experience<\/p>\n
* Experience in a similar role.
* Good understanding of regulated financial products and services including pensions and investments.
* Well organised with excellent communication skills.
* Desire to succeed and looking for a career not just a next step.
* Ideally experience using Curo and Time4Advice however this is not essential.<\/p>\n
