The team are passionate about providing exceptional service to both their clients and the community that they are within. As a Sales  and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in their agency, working closely with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful property transactions. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with ideally at  least 6 months of experience as either a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to further develop their skills and knowledge in both sides of the property industry.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and letting process.<\/li>\n<li>Viewings: Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants, showcasing properties in their best light and providing insightful information.<\/li>\n<li>Market Appraisals: Schedule and coordinate market appraisal appointments (valuations) with potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, contributing to the expansion of our market share.<\/li>\n<li>Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry, either as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator or potentially administration.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach to learning and development, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the property sector.<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle is preferred, with the potential use of a pool car if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits as the Sales and Lettings Negotiator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#163;18-20k basic with &#163;30k OTE.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative team environment with a family-oriented culture.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career progression within the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Apply: If you are enthusiastic about embarking on a rewarding career in real estate and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
