With over 900 properties in 24 cities across the UK, our client&#8217;s goal is  to provide students with a comfortable and exceptional living experience through modern appliances, high-quality furnishings and fittings, and efficient use of space during their studies.<\/p>\n<p>You will be at the forefront of the business, interacting daily with our diverse student customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and decorating across a portfolio of student houses.<\/li>\n<li>Completing planned and reactive maintenance work within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting periodic health and safety checks and property inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the appearance and security of properties and gardens.<\/li>\n<li>Managing maintenance and third-party contractor work to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Managing energy and utility usage, including metre reading and broadband service management.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with ad-hoc tasks such as key delivery and aiding locked-out tenants.<\/li>\n<li>Performing basic seasonal garden maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a dynamic and hands-on role.
