Our client is an FMCG Manufacturing business that has been around for many years. Due to recent investment and growth, they’re looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Leicester, <\/p>\n
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – The Rewards<\/p>\n
* Up to £51,000 basic
* Overtime Opportunity
* Shift pattern – 12 hour shifts – 4 on 4 off
* 2 days 2 nights

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Requirements<\/p>\n
* H&S
* Mathematics C or above
* organisational skills
* PC literate
* engineering or machinery experience<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
* Experience with packaging machines, metal detectors
* Experience of working in a similar environment
* Understand the principles of food safety and maintenance within a FMCG environment
* Work well in a team or on their own<\/p>\n
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Responsibilities<\/p>\n
* Ensure that line speeds are optimised
* Bands and wires on sheeter and setup of expander machines are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
* Cutters are kept in a good state of repair and are readily available when the plan requires
* Assist in trials\/product development\/breakage
* Maintenance PPM in a timely manner
* Promote and contribute to continuous improvement
* Minimize downtime
* Train\/guide\/support production staff in the correct way to treat machinery<\/p>\n
