THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their team.<\/p>\n
Internal Auditor key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Perform full audit cycle for risk, financial reliability, and compliance.
* Plan and develop internal audits and scope.
* Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting data and prepare reports.
* Provide independent advice for validity and legality.
* Implement process improvements and maintain communication with management.
* Document processes and audit findings.
* Conduct follow-up audits.
* Stay updated on industry standards and practices.<\/p>\n
THE PERSON<\/p>\n
Internal Auditor skills, experience and qualifications:<\/p>\n
* Previous internal auditing experience in high-volume transactions.
* Advanced MS Office and accounting software skills.
* Strong data manipulation and reporting abilities.
* Knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and laws.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Treasury, banking, financial operations, and ledger expertise.
* Business travel experience is desirable.
* Degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable.<\/p>\n
