Their vibrant and modern offices are located near Keynsham.<\/p>\n<p>This well established company offer an exceptional service, going above and beyond for their customers. With this in mind, they are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual with a customer-focused approach to match their core values.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with the smooth running of various projects.<\/li>\n<li>Being the first point of contact to discuss services and advise.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating diaries and ensuring group check lists are complete.<\/li>\n<li>Diary management for appointments and conducting showroom visits.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring equipment is ordered and delivered to the site.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Providing quotes and invoicing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have previous coordination experience, at least 3&#43; years.
