Looking for a senior sales negotiator with 12 months + experience to join a fantastic team in West London.<\/p>\n
This position is with a very well-respected client of ours who sell prime and super prime houses in West London.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
* Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
* Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.<\/p>\n
What we need in you:<\/p>\n
* At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in London.
* High achiever.
* Engaging personality and well-spoken.
* Motivated and driven.<\/p>\n

* Base salary of £40,000 OTE £80,000 +
