Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
Providing administration support to the Area sales manager<\/p>\n
Processing and managing customer orders<\/p>\n
Producing quotations<\/p>\n
Organise and follow up customer deliveries – and resolving issues that arise<\/p>\n
Liasing with suppliers, warehouse and distribution<\/p>\n
Maintain good working relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer journey experience and forge strong business relationships in order to get repeat business<\/p>\n
Key skills\/Attributes<\/p>\n
Experience within sales support\/administration<\/p>\n
Experience of processing orders is essential <\/p>\n
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail<\/p>\n
Good PC skills<\/p>\n
Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n
