Reed HR are working with a Charity based in Central London to recruit a HR Administrator on a Temporary basis for an initial 6 weeks. Pay rate is deemed Inside IR35 at circa £16.50 \u2013 £20 per hour depending on PAYE or Umbrella payment option and experience. This job will operate on a hybrid working model, with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.<\/p>\n
The job will include supporting the HR team with a variety of HR Administrative work including, creating contracts, producing reports, collating HR data and creating a streamlined archiving process. <\/p>\n
You will provide support with to the recruitment function also, including chasing references, onboarding successful candidates, obtaining appropriate right to work documents and ensuring candidate files are up to date. <\/p>\n
This role is for an immediate start and to be successful, it is ideal that you have previous experience working as a HR Administrator within a busy HR department<\/p>\n
