\nWe’ve been retained on an exclusive basis by a high-growth Engineering group who have recently benefited from significant investment and are undergoing a major transformation project and have seen an almost 100% increase in revenue over the past 18 months.<\/p>\n
To answer the need for greater commercial support and the additional workload they have decided to bring in an Accounts Assistant. This newly created role will be attractive to candidates who are AAT part-qualified\/qualified or early CIMA\/ACCA studier with strong Excel skills who can deal with internal stakeholders and deliver support at a high consistent level. You will assist with reporting and reconciliations, processing financial transactions and production time and expenses.<\/p>\n
Duties will include:<\/p>\n
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* P&L reconciliations for tax pack
* Expenses review and approval
* Assistance with interim and year end audit
* Assistance with tax claims
* Petty cash
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable assistance as required
* Assistance with periodic stocktakes
* Ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n
