The company, who deliver fit out, refurb and the full range of construction services are seeking a Contracts Manager that has qualifications in Building and\/or Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience along with a solid commercial background. You must have full experience, knowledge and understanding of the wide range of various building trades, including up-to-date building techniques and methodologies.<\/p>\n
The Contracts Manager responsibilities include all commercial aspects of the projects from inception to project delivery through to completion and final account and the successful Contracts Manager will have a proactive approach and be an effective communicator, along with proven experience in negotiating, both internally and externally with customers.<\/p>\n
This position would also suit a Senior Project Manager looking for a step up to Contracts Manager.<\/p>\n
Main Duties;<\/strong><\/p>\n To manage building projects, in a profitable and credible way, whilst endeavouring to exceed client expectations.
