Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Drive sales and revenue through proactive event planning, coordination, and execution.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
* Create customized event packages tailored to client needs and budget constraints.
* Ensure seamless event operations and exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage event budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
* Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to maximize event visibility and attendance.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Proven experience in event sales and management, preferably in a hospitality or venue setting.
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, forecast revenues, and manage costs effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.<\/p>\n
