With a hub based in the Thames Valley, our client, a well-recognised ‘TOP 10’ accounting firm has a unique opportunity for you to transition into a director or partner within the transaction advisory services team.<\/p>\n
Role
You will lead business development and client relationship management. Whilst motivating and coaching the team, and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.<\/p>\n
* Oversee the preparation of the client deliverable, ensuring a quality document is produced to facilitate the client’s decision making.
* Manage all aspects of the transaction competently.
* Interpret and analyse complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately.
* Lead the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to the client and discuss the implications and action points.<\/p>\n
Requirements
You will need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with post qualification deals experience.<\/p>\n
* Experience in Transaction Advisory
* Previous management experience, particularly in developing and motivating a team.
* Ability to confidently perform client facing work.
* A strong network of contacts<\/p>\n
