The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and commercial matters when required. This will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freehold and leasehold sales \/ purchases<\/li>\n<li>Transfers of equity<\/li>\n<li>Remortgages<\/li>\n<li>Stamp duty procedures<\/li>\n<li>Title checking<\/li>\n<li>Search reports<\/li>\n<li>Enquiries<\/li>\n<li>The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships<\/li>\n<li>Lease renewals<\/li>\n<li>Deeds of surrender<\/li>\n<li>Refinancing<\/li>\n<li>Acquisitions and sales of businesses<\/li>\n<li>Utilities agreements<\/li>\n<li>Active involvement in business development<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Successful candidates must be highly organised, disciplined and able to work well with volume work and in a very busy environment. Applicants will join a friendly team and have extensive residential conveyancing experience and commercial conveyancing experiences,  knowledge within a similar environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision.
