Candidate must be a driver&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We want aspirational, positive people to work alongside our existing staff of Personal Advisor\u2019s within the Leaving Care Service. As a PA you will need to be creative, caring, passionate and determined. You will be working alongside a diverse and cohesive  team providing support to young people\/ young adults.<\/p>\n<p>The PA roles will provide support and interventions to young people in, or leaving care age 16-25. The personal advisor will be the key professional for young people that have left care as well as offering support to young people who are age 16 to 18 developing  positive meaningful relationships that will continue into adulthood.
