We are looking for an experienced Interim Management Accountant to assist one of our clients through an exceptionally busy period and help them produce the monthly management accounts in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
The business is an exciting and fast paced organisation who require someone who is flexible and organised in their approach, yet mindful of the wider business and a solid communicator. You will be able to hit the ground running and not be worried about getting into the transactional detail of management accounts production.<\/p>\n
Duties as Interim Management Accountant will include:<\/p>\n
Provide support for the monthly management reporting and year end statutory accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Review the operational budgetary controls and internal expenditure against actuals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Full review of the P&L accounts and investigate variances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Provide support in overseeing the allocation of the accruals\/prepayments and project cost allocation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Analysis of the variances around gross margin and revenue generation with commentary to the board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Develop the visibility of the Group reporting pack within the wider business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Reconciliation and completion of the VAT return and associated tax implications across the Group.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain and manage the reporting of the Tax\/PAYE reporting, P11D reporting, and staff benefits across the Group.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Support the performance and reporting of some of transactional areas of the team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Responsible for the company credit cards payments\/mileage and expense report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong excel skills for reporting and analysis is essential.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
