\u00a336,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 15\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p>Our client is looking for an HR Advisor <\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A leader in their field <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the HR Manager, provide high quality support to managers and employees for all HR related matters, in accordance with current legislation and Company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake specialist and general HR tasks a required and appropriate for the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deputise and act for the HR Manager, as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an efficient and high-quality advisory service to managers and employees on a range of HR related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the HR Manager in handling of employee relations cases across all areas of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the HR Manager in managing absenteeism through absence management policy for both short- and long-term absence in line with HR objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure consistency in application of HR policies and procedures by providing advice and support to management.<\/li>\n<li>Attend formal meetings as HR support and minute taker when the HR Administrator is unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the HR Administrator manage the companies recruitment process with the aim of improving quality of candidates and reducing agency recruitment fees.<\/li>\n<li>Support the HR Manager in the ongoing review of company HR policies in line with ISO9001 requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support HR Manager in communication and engagement strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage various HR projects as directed by the Human Resources Manager and in line with HR objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and delivery of HR related management training and induction programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the annual appraisal process.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the implementation of HR annual tasks where required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up to date employment law knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time, to include deputising for the HR Manager as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar role, with experience in management of complex casework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong initiative and judgement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Discreet, reliable and trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and proactive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Approachable, professional and capable of communicating with people at all levels of the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Desirable:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in an organisation of a similar size<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Linked In recruiter and Indeed platforms\n<p><em>Essential:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to degree level or an equivalent appropriate professional qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Desirable:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIPD qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A competitive salary and nice working environment <\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 28\/03\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
