They are currently experiencing a healthy and growing order book, therefore are investing in people and capacity to meet the new customer demand. The manufacturing operation in well established,  but continue to challenge and innovate, which has given them new, exciting sales opportunities. They are a people centric business, and invest in their teams focusing on technical and behavioural skill sets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the Supply Chain Manager you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Map out the E2E supply chain currently in place, and work with stakeholders (internal &amp; external) to evaluate expectations and capability to support the development of the function. This will include inbound and out bound logistics, planning (supply, production,  and demand), purchasing, and warehouse functions for the Cheshire site<\/li>\n<li>Engage with the current team to understand capability and skill sets.
