Implement and maintain standardised processes and procedures across all company functions to achieve consistent,  exceptional quality. <\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the CEO your main responsibilities will be: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose and implement improvements to enhance the reliability and quality of products and services. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously collect, compile, and analyse data to identify areas for quality improvement, utilising problem-solving techniques such as 8D, 5Why, fishbone diagrams, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards <\/li>\n<li>Develop and promote policies, processes, and procedures for QMS, including quality and environmental aspects. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the creation of standardised work instructions for company processes and procedures in collaboration with relevant departments. <\/li>\n<li>Manage internal and external auditing programs to ensure adherence to regulations and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Provide performance data for QMS reviews to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs and ensure company-wide compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Train and coach staff on quality and environmental functions. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to establish contracts regarding quality with customers and suppliers. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison, host, and company representative for external auditing bodies related to Quality and Environment functions. <\/li>\n<li>Work with the supply chain to assess and monitor suppliers for quality production materials. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and undertake Quality Gate Reviews for the introduction of new products. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering departments to conduct reliability testing of products under development. <\/li>\n<li>Formulate standards for inspecting production materials and accepting certificates of conformity. <\/li>\n<li>Manage responses to field issues, customer complaints, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA). <\/li>\n<li>Prevent the recurrence of major quality problems. <\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Skills\/Experience Required: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the development and manufacturing of electronics in a production environment. <\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of quality improvement, problem-solving, and analysis techniques (e.g., TQM, 5Why, 8D, R&amp;R Studies, FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams, SPC). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills to build cohesive relationships across all areas of the company and with external entities. <\/li>\n<li>Competence in spreadsheets and statistical analysis of yields and failure mechanisms, including data collection, management, and analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong planning, organizational, and critical\/logical thinking skills. <\/li>\n<li>Teamwork, collaboration, and facilitation skills to address issues collectively and lead continuous quality improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the reliability of electronic components and electronic equipment, such as MTBF and failure mechanisms, would be highly beneficial. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in the role of Quality Assurance Manager&nbsp;and feel that you have the relevant experience, please contact your Recruitment Partner, Lisa Logan at Unicorn Resourcing on or email <\/p>\n<p>If this job isn&#8217;t exactly right for you but you&#8217;re looking for something new, please contact us for a confidential career discussion. <\/p>\n<p>Unicorn Resourcing Limited&nbsp;is acting as an Employment Agency in regard to this Permanent&nbsp;opportunity. <\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 21\/03\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
