It includes: generous holiday allowance, with a day off for your birthday, paid community volunteering, company-wide, profit-sharing bonus,  pension plan &#8211; with employer contributions of up to 10% of your annual salary, life assurance and personal accident cover.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key liquidity management information<\/li>\n<li>Closely liaise with Business Lines to validate liquidity risk inputs and calculations<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with treasury, business personnel and risk managers to ensure the appropriateness of the representation of liquidity risks<\/li>\n<li>Support in the development of robust and effective liquidity reporting by continually enhancing processes and procedures in the team to deliver to the quality and timescales required by key stakeholders around the business<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ALCO reporting &amp; providing support to management in the implementation of the ALCO function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong desire for a career in liquidity, treasury or financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Confident and able to analyse and present complex information with internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assimilate and utilise new information, processes and training<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for written and verbal reporting and ability to present in meetings<\/li>\n<li>Effectively prioritise tasks to ensure delivery meets critical deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of &#163;28,000 to &#163;34,000 plus excellent benefits.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, please call Morgan Parkes Recruitment or email your CV.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan Parkes Recruitment Ltd operates in the UK and can only process applications from candidates who are currently eligible to live and work in the UK.
