Job Title: <\/strong>Production Team Leader <\/p>\n Salary: From £33,000k+<\/p>\n Location: Ashford <\/p>\n Hours: <\/strong> Monday- Friday , Rotating Shifts 0600-1400\/1400-2200 <\/p>\n Our client based in Ashford is looking for an exceptional production team leader to join their team. <\/p>\n Main Duties and Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.<\/p>\n Ensuring the final product meets client specifications.<\/p>\n Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on hourly\/daily basis.<\/p>\n Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations.<\/p>\n Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.<\/p>\n In depth knowledge of the routine machine operations of the line equipment.<\/p>\n Optimize Line efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards.<\/p>\n Liaise with the Shift Supervisor regarding feedback of the team’s performance both collectively and individually.<\/p>\n Skills and experience sought:<\/strong><\/p>\n Strong knowledge of health & safety.<\/p>\n Excellent team management and communication skills.<\/p>\n Health and Safety level 3 is desirable<\/p>\n Food hygiene level 3 is desirable<\/p>\n Work instructions and machinery in your area<\/p>\n Entry level HACCP<\/p>\n Closing date is 15 th of March 2024<\/p>\n Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client.<\/p>\n To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or email your CV to .
