\u00a3650.00 per day<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 13\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Analyst (Banking) &#8211; Hybrid \/ London &#8211; &#163;550 &#8211; &#163;650 Per Day Inside IR35<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My client are a Banking company looking to secure the services of a Business Analyst (Banking) to join their team on an initial 6-month contract to begin with.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support stakeholders with the articulation of Business Change proposals<\/li>\n<li>Perform assessments of multi-faceted proposals, considering desirability, feasibility &amp; viability<\/li>\n<li>Perform cost-benefit analysis and the drive the creation of complex business cases<\/li>\n<li>Define requirements &amp; work with technical teams to ensure traceability to a proposed solution design<\/li>\n<li>Help deliver new or improved products &amp; services (through in-house developments or via a 3rd party vendor), ensuring alignment to our Architectural roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Support Business Acceptance Testing &amp; Business Readiness activities<\/li>\n<li>Support the evolution of the BA Service with examples of best practice and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate business situations, e.g. researching, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops<\/li>\n<li>Document business situations, e.g. drawing rich pictures, context diagrams or process modelling<\/li>\n<li>Identify &amp; manage stakeholders e.g. using a RACI matrix or a Power &amp; Interest grid<\/li>\n<li>Elicit, analyse and validate requirements, e.g. Who-What-Why &amp; Root Cause Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Document &amp; manage requirements, e.g. Story mapping, INVEST stories, MoSCoW<\/li>\n<li>Work at different levels of details to support of the end-to-end Change Lifecycle e.g. proposals, assessments, cost-benefit, business cases, analysis &amp;
