JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ROLE: <\/p>\n
* Ensuring the excellent operation of the database and managing the logging of all candidate applications and registrations
* Assisting with arranging external meetings against projects, demonstrating exceptional standards of customer care, contributing to repeat business
* Ensuring that contact with new customers happens without delay, helping them to understand how the business will support them, fully managing their expectations on processes
* Coordinating and managing the team’s customer pool ensuring all contract details including NDAs are in place and that regular communication and performance monitoring is maintained with customers working on assignments
* Supporting the management of GDPR compliance in respect of the database
* Maintaining and managing the application email inbox ensuring application logging is completed in a timely manner and responding to candidate registration enquiries where necessary
* Ensuring that records are kept in line with and adhere to current legislation and that Data Protection requirements and the company processes and professional standards are properly maintained
* Taking ownerships of database activity reports, ensuring that data is captured in a timely and accurate fashion, and that appropriate guidance and support is given to individual members of the team so they can utilise the database system directly<\/p>\n
JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS: <\/p>\n
* Experience in handling highly confidential and sensitive information
* Working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent standard of computer literacy
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills and written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
