Our client, a flagship brand within the automotive industry are looking to recruit a Risk Management Specialist at their Berkshire Head Office! <\/p>\n
As a key member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and managing risk across our retail division. With a focus on the automotive industry, your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing the risk management framework. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be the main contact for risk management, navigating a regulated environment under the Financial Conduct Authority.<\/p>\n
Operating within a three lines of defence model, you’ll lead efforts to identify, control, and mitigate risks. Collaborating with third parties for audits and working closely with the compliance team, you’ll ensure a comprehensive approach. Your expertise in risk management and compliance, especially in high-value retail, will contribute to embedding a positive risk management culture.<\/p>\n
We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in risk management or compliance, a sound understanding of risk processes, knowledge of FCA and other relevant regulatory bodies, familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and experience thriving in fast-paced, highly regulated retail environments. <\/p>\n
