As they look to invest in the expansion of our contact centre team, we&#8217;re seeking talented and thoughtful individuals who love to listen and help our customers manage their  accounts. If so, we have the perfect role for you!<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet key performance indicators and ensure operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the customer journey through process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned accounts accurately and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Embrace change and innovation within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday, with weekly shift rotations:<\/li>\n<li>8:00 am to 4:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>9:00 am to 5:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>10:00 am to 6:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>11:00 am to 7:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>12:00 pm to 8:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Late shift for only 1 week of the month. 35 hours per week commitment.<\/p>\n<p>Competitive Salary<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#163;12.00 &#8211; &#163;13.00 Per hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills Required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-directed, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional telephone manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We welcome individuals from any Customer Service background who are ready to kick-start a rewarding career with exciting opportunities.
