As the Administrator you will be a pivotal part of the team supporting the Marketing Manager and Director responding to enquiries  and producing proposals and assisting with communications. <\/p>\n<p>They are a successful Surveying company working with a range of companies based in the UK and internationally. As the Marketing Administrator your key duties involve:<\/p>\n<p>Communication \/ Email Support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and responding to incoming enquiry emails from clients and brokers.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic filing of job-related emails (CRM)<\/li>\n<li>Making\/taking any relevant client\/broker telephone calls<\/li>\n<li>Gatekeep clients of confirmed jobs chasing for updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CRM\/Microsoft Dynamics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding new accounts and contacts to the system<\/li>\n<li>Adding opportunities to the pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Track all emails to opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Generate quotes and orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales and Enquires:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping to answer initial emails<\/li>\n<li>Requesting additional information\/send out client questionnaire asking for additional<\/li>\n<li>information.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing basic proposals<\/li>\n<li>Preparing job in emails. Helping to collate correspondence as part of job handover to the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>valuers<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a great opportunity with lots of scope for development in the marketing department and full training provided.
