My client is looking for someone to play a key  role in further embedding best practice, driving a high-performance culture.<\/p>\n<p>Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the HR Manager on all areas of HR including talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, engagement, health and wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Advising Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process<\/li>\n<li>Conducting investigations<\/li>\n<li>Guiding Managers through the companies performance management process<\/li>\n<li>Collating information from exit interviews and managing the leaver process<\/li>\n<li>Creating and delivering internal communications across the business<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing reward and benefit initiatives internally and benchmarking externally, ensuring fairness and competitiveness<\/li>\n<li>Leading on recruitment and selection, monitoring key recruitment metrics<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the drive for equality, diversity and inclusion<\/li>\n<li>Continual review of HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a fantastic role where you will support in the delivery of the people strategy, driving a high performing, inclusive and engaging work environment at all times.
