\u00a320.00 per hour<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 07\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPAIRS SCHEDULER\/ PLANNER ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>South East London<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exciting opportunity to join a large Property Services Contractor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key purpose: To provide a responsive service to customers, raise works orders and respond to queries, as well as dealing with daily contract administration. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing operatives diaries<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with tenants and operatives to arrange repairs<\/li>\n<li>Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive, voids and emergency repairs<\/li>\n<li>Prioritising emergency works<\/li>\n<li>Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives, and following works from start through to completion<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all relevant data is up-dated on a timely basis<\/li>\n<li>Accurate filing of contract paperwork and ongoing maintenance of files, to include for example time sheets and completion sheets from sub contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Establish customer needs and provide a service in relation to repairs to properties &#8211; e.g. take repair requests from tenants, diagnose repairs to include trade and duration, and book appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Work with colleagues, residents, operatives, sub-contractors and other suppliers to ensure targets are met and an excellent service is delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Use and update the IT and other systems, inputting and extracting information and ensuring protocol is followed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure requirements of Health and Safety legislation are followed and undertake<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety training as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working in a customer service environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a Housing environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a repairs &amp; maintenance environment<\/li>\n<li>Makes decisions based on set standards and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Consistently maintains high level of performance.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates in a clear, concise and constructive manner based on own knowledge and experience, meeting the needs of the caller effectively and efficiently, remaining calm and in control.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient in difficult or stressful situations<\/li>\n<li>Able to empathise with customers<\/li>\n<li>Able to produce clear and concise correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate IT skills (Microsoft Word)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Office based &#8211;
