\nThis is a very exciting and progressive opportunity for a current Finance Manager or Financial Controller looking to progress with a well a a leading Commercial Explosive Manufacturer in the UK. This is an onsite role based out of Alfreton, Derbyshire, Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
* The Finance Manager will be in charge of both management accounting and financial accounting.
* You will be reporting in to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
* Managing all the Finance Team(s) to improve and develop staff capabilities.
* Managing internal audit activities
* Liaising with internal stakeholders
* Forecasting<\/p>\n
The Finance Manager will need to have: <\/p>\n
* Experience as Finance Manager with a proven track record
* CIMA or ACCA Qualified
* Knowledge of Sage (Ideally Sage X3)
* Experience managing teams within a finance department.<\/p>\n
